If you are not satisfied with Flowboard for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Send an email to hello@cronspire.com with your purchase email address and a brief note that you'd like a refund. We'll process it within 2-3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to licensed features, but any data stored locally on your device remains yours. Cloud backup data will be deleted within 30 days. Any AI Credits consumed during your usage period are not refundable individually — the refund covers the full purchase price.
Refund requests made after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the Software, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
This refund policy applies to purchases made through our official channels (cronspire.com and LemonSqueezy). Purchases made through third-party resellers may be subject to their own refund policies.
