By accessing or using any CronSpire product or service, including CronSpire Flowboard ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CronSpire.
Upon purchase, CronSpire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on any devices you personally own or control. This license is for personal or professional use and does not include the right to sublicense, resell, distribute, or make the Software available to third parties.
Your license key is tied to your email address and may be used on multiple devices for your own use. Sharing license keys with third parties is not permitted and may result in license revocation without refund.
The Software requires activation with a valid license key. License keys are delivered to your email address after purchase. Activation requires an internet connection. Once activated, the Software functions fully offline. CronSpire reserves the right to verify license validity periodically when an internet connection is available.
CronSpire Flowboard is sold as a one-time purchase. Your payment includes the current version and all future updates for the lifetime of the product. There are no recurring charges, annual fees, or per-seat pricing.
Your license includes 1,000 AI-powered actions ("AI Credits"). AI Credits are consumed when you use AI features within the Software, including but not limited to: AI Insights, Win Probability suggestions, Next Action suggestions, Follow-up Email drafts, Client Update emails, Weekly Business Review, Deal-to-Project conversion, and Revenue Forecast commentary.
Credit allocation: Each AI action typically consumes one credit. The exact credit consumption may vary based on the complexity of the request.
Credit balance: Your remaining credit balance is tracked and displayed within the Software. Credits do not expire as long as your license is active.
When credits are exhausted: Once your included AI Credits are used, AI features will become unavailable via the included credits. You may continue using AI features by connecting your own Anthropic API key ("Bring Your Own Key" or "BYOK") at no additional cost from CronSpire. Usage costs for your own API key are governed by Anthropic's pricing and are your sole responsibility.
No individual credit refunds: AI Credits are non-refundable individually. If you receive a full product refund under our 14-day guarantee, any remaining credits are forfeited.
AI output disclaimer: AI-generated content (insights, suggestions, email drafts, forecasts) is provided for informational purposes only. CronSpire does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and acting upon AI outputs. AI features should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, financial, or legal decisions.
The Software includes optional cloud backup and multi-device sync at no additional cost. When enabled, your data (projects, deals, time entries, quotes, settings, and archived items) is encrypted and stored on our cloud infrastructure.
Data ownership: You retain full ownership of all data you store in the Software. CronSpire does not access, analyse, sell, or share your business data.
Service availability: Cloud backup is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for high availability, CronSpire does not guarantee uninterrupted access to cloud services. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance or due to infrastructure issues.
Data limits: Cloud backup is designed for typical individual or small-team business use. We reserve the right to implement reasonable storage limits if usage significantly exceeds normal patterns. We will notify you before any limits take effect.
Data portability: You may export your data from the Software at any time using the local backup feature. Your data is stored in standard formats and is not locked to CronSpire's infrastructure.
Account deletion: If you request account deletion or receive a refund, cloud backup data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Local data on your device remains yours regardless.
The Software supports optional email notifications for follow-up reminders, overdue deals, stale projects, and deal milestones. To receive app notifications, you must configure your own email account (Gmail, Outlook, or any SMTP provider) within the Software's settings. Emails are sent directly from your machine using your own credentials — no third-party services are involved in delivering app notifications. CronSpire uses Resend, a third-party email delivery provider, solely for transactional emails such as license key delivery and refund confirmations. You may disable app notifications at any time within the Software's settings.
CronSpire Flowboard includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within this period. See our Refund Policy for full details and process.
The Software integrates with the following third-party services. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. CronSpire is not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, or policies of third-party services.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; attempt to circumvent license activation or credit tracking; use the Software to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; share, sell, or distribute your license key to third parties; use automated scripts or bots to consume AI Credits; or attempt to exploit, overload, or abuse CronSpire's cloud infrastructure.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.
CronSpire, Flowboard, the CronSpire bird logo, and all associated designs, code, and content are the intellectual property of CronSpire. Your license grants you the right to use the Software — it does not transfer ownership of the Software or its intellectual property to you.
The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CronSpire makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
CronSpire's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
CronSpire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities; business interruption; cost of substitute goods or services; or any other intangible losses — even if CronSpire has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that the Software stores data locally on your device and that local data backup is your responsibility. CronSpire is not liable for data loss caused by device failure, browser storage clearing, operating system updates, or any other cause outside CronSpire's control.
AI features within the Software are powered by third-party AI models and are provided as productivity aids only. CronSpire does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or biases. You should independently verify any AI-generated insights, suggestions, or recommendations before acting on them.
CronSpire is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated content within the Software.
CronSpire intends to maintain and develop the Software for the foreseeable future. However, if CronSpire ever ceases operations: the Software will continue to function offline on your device with all locally stored data intact; cloud backup services may become unavailable — you should maintain regular local backups; AI Credits that rely on CronSpire's infrastructure may become unavailable, though BYOK functionality will continue to work.
CronSpire will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice if cloud services are being discontinued.
We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Updates to the Software are delivered automatically when you open the app with an internet connection. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Software at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you materially violate these Terms, including but not limited to: sharing license keys, attempting to reverse-engineer the Software, abusing AI Credits or cloud infrastructure, or using the Software for unlawful purposes. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CronSpire regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements.
